Extra large shackle diameter
I secured my tool shed with this padlock and a hardened hasp. My concern isn't bolt cutters, it's high speed (20,000 rpm) cordless grinders that can cut through a shackle in less than half a minute.The shackle diameter is impressive, making the weak point the hasp, or a chain. Anyone attempting to get past a system secured by this lock and a chain or hasp would look for weaker points to compromise instead, since this lock would be the strongest part of any security setup.This lock uses a modern dimple key that would make any attempts at lockpicking extremely frustrating. Those features made it a no-brainer for me, especially at this price. The Xena lock was money well spent, and I'm happy with it.
