Car Radio Stereo Wire Harness with Antenna Adapter Plug Compatible with Some GM Chevy Express Savana Buick Acadia

For the 2004 Chevy Trailblazer (non-onstar) there was no power wire with the key in the accessory position available where the factory radio is located or in the factory harness. So the wire in the plug connects to air as there's no mating pin in the factory wiring harness. So you'll need to find a power with key on wire to tap into. I found mine in the large factory plug located under the steering column and ran a piece of scrap wire to my new radio to provide the power on with key on position to power the aftermarket radio.One 2 or 3 foot wire with a tap connector or just the wire and some instruction would have made this a 5 star adapter all day long. It clipped onto the factory plug perfectly and all the other wires for the speakers and constant power were correct. The radio antenna adapter also worked perfectly for my application.

It's very important that you go ahead and take your stereo out and look on the back some late model 2006 require the 2006 through 13 harness it's two plugs. I had to wait a while before I could go to install it and I got the wrong one. It's so easy to install the radio yourself you just take a plastic pry bar and work around the edge of the beauty ring surrounding the air conditioner and the radio and it just unclipsed four screws and the radios out. If you order the one I ordered and you have the double plug one even the antenna adapter won't work. I missed my return window because I was busy buying the rest of the things to upgrade my stereo each week I would buy a piece till I had it all.

Easy to install, but still requires some effort given that you have to splice everything together. The included antenna adapter is too loose and reception was terrible...especially on AM radio. I had to purchase another one which worked great right away so I am sure that was the problem.

The wiring to the head unit harness was easy because everything is labeled and color coded. The issue is after wiring, soldering, and then installing the car stereo. I still had no power. Had me believing something was wrong with harness or car stereo. It was the harness in a sense. The harness was in working order but an extra wire(ignition wire) isn't included and you need it to install properly. Especially on vehicles 2006 and up. The reason for the 3* rating is because 1) the wire isn't offered 2) no where in the ad are told that this wire is crucial to installation.

Product is not wired correctly for Lucerne and doesn't even have all the connections needed for the HK amplified. As an electronics tech I considered reworking it(as some other reviewers have) but there is too much missing to make it work right. It would take $20 in parts and 20 hours of labor to correct what is wrong.My negative review is because there is no mention of an amplified version. I should have read past reviews before ordering as I noticed many other buyers also mentioned incorrect wiring. I held the item for over 2 weeks trying to figure out an effective way to use it before deciding to return it.

It was just what I needed and worked fine. I appreciated the labeled wires. My only complaint was that the wires weren't tinned so I had to add flux for solder sleeves to work.

Harness fits with factory plug but wires are not pinned correctly and does not contain enough wires. Antenna adapter is female and male is required.

I searched for a 99 yukon adapter and this was the first to pop up, it doesn't work for a 99 yukon. It was a waste of my money and I still had to order the proper hardware. It does look well made but not for my application.

It worked, but had to relocate pins orientations did not work with original orientations...

Plugged right in worked good.

Wiring harness is great. Antenna adapter doesn't work properly. Will not tune in radio stations.

I bought this Car Stereo Radio Wiring Harness thinking to be easy install in my Car Stereo but It does not happened. The harness fit very well in my Chevrolet Equinox has they said but the the wires contacts doest link with the stereo car wires. I not recomend it at least you want to lost time and money.
