A: Per the picture of the nutrition facts in the pictures provided. There are 220 mg of sodium per serving. There are 10 servings in a jar so if you drink the entire jar you will consume 2200 mg of sodium.

A: Go to the third picture, the ingredients are listed along the side, I had to tilt my head. Tamarind was third after water and sugar.

A: Our pad Thai sauce is vegan.  There are no peanuts or nuts in our pad Thai sauce.  Our manufacturing process follows GMP to prevent cross contamination of allergens and NSF Level Global Certified.  Thank you for your interest in our traditional and authentic pad Thai sauce.
