Fake Product Alert – Caused Hair Fall & Dryness have previously used this shampoo and conditioner from a salon, and the quality was completely different. This one feels diluted and looks different in color and texture. After using it, my hair became dry and I noticed increased hair fall. The conditioner also did not work properly and made my hair worse. I suspect this might not be an original product.

I have been using this product for last 4 years. Hair texture looks very good. There is shine in hair. Fizziness reduces. If you have colored hair then this is best product. Use right technque wash with shampoo towel dry hair apply it in adequate quantity and leave for 15 min and wash.

It seems that the product is fake. Instead of making my hair smooth it is making it harder and rough. The container also looks different than the same product that I have ordered multiple times before. Instead of making my hair smoother after keratin treatment, it is making it rough and frizzy.
