Excellent quality and well fitting harness
This harness is well made and provides a comfortable fit for my dog. It allows for unrestricted movement of his shoulders and and arms, and does not create painful pressure points.

Perfect dog harness. First one that has ever successfully worked for my lab.
This is a wonderful harness. I have a three year old lab and she has chewed or managed to get out of countless harnesses in the past. My lab is scared of everything so having something that she can't get out of is a must. It needs to be secure. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is at least the 8th harness she has had. If you name a really good brand of harness I've probably tried it on her and she's either chewed it to pieces or slipped out of it. This is not my first dog so I'm well aware of how they should fit properly. I've never had a problem in the past with any other dog so the problems are not user related. This harness went on easier than most and was simple to adjust. My dog didn't even try to bite it which is a first and it fit really nice. I decided to try a ride out in the car and hooked her up to the seatbelt with the included clip. The last time I tried this she had chewed herself free before we got to the first stop sign. Not only did she not chew anything she sat nicely all the way to the library which is about a ten minute trip. I can't reiterate enough how she has never made it this far before unless she was in a kennel in the back of the car. I was a little bit worried about leaving her in the car alone for a few minutes which normally makes her very anxious. To make it worse the librarian was busy and I was gone longer than I had hoped (about ten minutes). I came back out to the car expecting the worse but she has sitting peacefully and hadn't touched the harness and was still in it. This is the first one she hasn't had an issue wearing. I still haven't taken her out for a walk yet with it on because I'm so worried about her escaping and I'm still waiting for her new tags to come. I think she would do fine but I'm just paranoid. I think I'll try it next at a pet store in case she would get free. This really is a nicely made harness and my husband even commented on how nice it seemed and how easy it was to get it on her. I mentioned this one to my sister and she also purchased one and seems to really like hers.

so if there is even a dog across the street he will bark like crazy, lunge at them
READ if you have a lunger/puller!I have a black lab mix thats 2 years old, he's 61 pounds, and generally kinda of tall lean build. He's always been the biggest dog at the dog park. He was a rescue that has had little to no socialization, leash training, and has some behavior issues, ESPECIALLY with other dogs. He used to lunge at people, we've worked on it, now he just lunges at dogs. He's extremely reactive with dogs, even somewhat aggressive, so if there is even a dog across the street he will bark like crazy, lunge at them, and goes nuts. A no-pull harness with control is a necessity. The day we got him we picked up an easy-walk harness just for convenience at Petco but we quickly found out it rubbed him raw and chafed him. It was terrible for romps, running, or long stretch of activity. So we got him a ruff gear front range for when he's active. It fit him terribly. If he pulled in a certain direction, or if we were trying to get him to move along, the chest piece loosened and sagged and hung from his body, no matter how snug the front and back of the harness was. The final straw was when he went camping and he lunged at a chipmunk... One of the buckles in the front broke (made of plastic) so it was done for. Also the front loop of the harness was nylon/fabric looped sewed on - it gave me serious anxiety cause it could rip.PROS for the Kurgo Tru-fit Harness:-I love the functionality of this harness, it is exactly what I need for my crazy dog! Almost like a mix of the ruffgear and easy walk harness. When clipped from the back, when he pulls the slack where the leash connects to the harness tightens and the harness becomes snug. For the most part, no matter what direction you pull the leash from it tightens. He hasn't tried to back out of it yet, but testing from my living room I think it will tighten and make it hard for him to do so.-The connector for the leash to the harness creates a handheld, which is amazing for when you need to grab your pooch quickly or forcefully which I often find I have to when we encounter a dog unexpectedly :( Great control.-They give you a ten inch lead which I LOVE. We are working on heeling. A 6 foot leash is not always easy to work with. The 10 inch lead gives you more control. Also doubles as a seatbelt tether (I believe you have to loop the seatbelt through the hand hold of the lead and then buckle the seatbelt) haven't tried this yet but I think its going to work way better than the seatbelt tether with the seatbelt buckle and clip at the end. I've tried those and my dog just yanks them out like nothing.-I love the fit of the harness, except for when using the front loop, see below. Overall it looks sleek on him and when he's clipped from the back or off leash it fits great! Great adjustment points. Haven't needed to adjust the back by the belly. Made very well.-Both leash loops look very secure. I have read reviews of the front loop coming off, but when I got it the loop looks very secure and stable.-ANYTIME he is ever clipped on the leash from the back, he automatically pulls. You will lose your arm. But when I clipped the leash on the back he didn't pull as much as he normally does. Hopefully he will get used to the harness and being clipped on from the back and not pull as much.-All buckles are made of METAL! And you can clip and unclip from the sides, so its easy to put on/off.CONS:- The only con I have for this is that when we clip the leash in front it pulls too much to the side, and its a little too much for my comfort. I'm not sure if this is the mix in him, but 9 times out of 10 harness don't fit his deep chest right. Got him a large, and the front of the harness is slightly too big for him when when the back is snug - I'm wondering if a medium will fit him better, as long as the back of the harness will extend enough to fit his chest. Or maybe we will try our luck with clipping onto the back and training him like that.

Great harness
Out of the harnesses we have bought, we like this one the best. It looks slim on the dog and also has been very sturdy. We have been using it daily for the past 5 months and it still looks as if we just bought it.The same harness has worked as our puppy went from a 15 lbs puppy to a 37 lbs puppy. We don't remember him ever slipping out of his harness. We use the back clip primarily when he was a young puppy but we use the chest clip primarily now. He got used to both relatively quickly. One small item we noticed is that the harness can still be used when it's put on improperly. We had parents visit once and they had the harness on the wrong way for an entire day and it worked just fine. Also one usage complaint is that the front adjustment has to be done every time the harness is put on and off. A quick clip release would be nice but not necessary.Overall, we like this harness a lot and strongly recommend it to other dog owners!

Excelente producto
Me gustó mucho porque es muy ligera, no le pesa nada a mi perro. La talla le quedó perfecta

Almost what I wanted for our dog.
This harness is supposed to stop our dog who is a puller to stop pulling when walking. It sort of does but does not stay in position but will twist to the right or left depending on which side the leash is on. Also we had to put moleskin over some of the joins as the cord used to put it together poked him and caused a sore.
