    Nice diagrams - needs more explanation

Nice pictures and trajectories of bar, hips and head.  I would have appreciated more written explanation to accompany each diagram.  I'm sure some of the lifts weren't "perfect" and it would have been helpful have an explanation of what is wrong with the lift.

Just like a similar but black and white book by same author - The camera used must have been way to slow to capture enough images to show trajectories of the bar or form of the lifter. Most images out of focus, probably to to cheap camera and mediocre lighting. I would recommend other books by this author, just not this one.
