I've stretched, iced, taped and felt I needed to go a step further. After having read the reviews I purchased these, I've used them on 2 runs and my feet felt really great afterwards. You do have to wear slightly thinner socks as they add a bit of space inside the shoe but not a problem. I'll be happy to write another review post my Ragnar race this weekend.5/19/16 UPDATE: I ran the ragnar race with no problems, my inserts were very comfortable but you definitely have to wear thinner socks or consider getting 1/2 size bigger in shoe if you like thick socks.
