I kept getting shin splints every time I ran and my doctor told me to try it (she'd heard positive things about it in a running magazine).I got my ShinTekk two weeks ago. At the end of week one I felt a little improvement, but nothing amazing. I was kinda disappointed. I would work each leg for about 5 minutes per day. However, by today (end of week two), I'm jogging again and no shin splints! I'm definitely going to add this quick workout to my routine from now on. Wish they had this thing years ago.
