I use these in a basement setting with my old fashion 2 drawer desk. Not the most fashion but a very utilitarian way to lift the desk. Before I was not easily able to fit under my desk with my office executive chair. Now I have room to spare.

What are you supposed to say about riser blocks? I ordered them based on appearance alone. I am not using them for furniture but a shelf riser in my basement home office. I have multiple pieces of office equipment on top of a rack with a vent on top for heat dissipation. This gave me some piece of mind that the shelf would not shift or collapse due to weight or vibration. They seem sturdy enough and have a nice finish.

I wanted to add height of a large wardrobe that didn't have space for boxes underneath. I will admit that I didnt know if adding lifts was advisable or safe. The fact that they are solid metal boxes is very helpful. I wasn't sure if they would be of good quality, but they are. The wardrobe seems firmly planted and not wobbling at all.

Used to bring height to an ottoman I purchased. Instant Height and it looks like I purchased it with legs. Easy install. Now I can move it easily to clean underneath.

Of course I put the sofa down quickly but they did not fall off. My dog goes under the sofa and writhes around and the feet are staying on. I did remove the plastic shepherds from the feet before I put the feet onto the risers.All I ask for is enough room for the dog under there and for the risers to stay put.

Easy to install, blends with wood desk

I didn't measure the feet on my couch, let alone see the shape. However, my couch is higher for my roomba to go underneath which is what I wanted and I feel safe sitting on the couch. So all is good.

I just bought a second set of these. I have two exceptionally comfortable Lazy Boy (Brand) chairs with a tilt mechanism. This tilt mechanism increases the difficulty for people to arise from the chairs, as the front of the "rocker" tilts virtually to the floor upon arising. I phoned the always helpful Lazy Boy offices in Monroe, MI., and was told, that given the design of these chairs, they cannot easily be retrofitted to remove the "tilt" mechanism.While researching on Amazon for a fix, I came across these risers, and other competitive products. In addition to being beautiful, these risers were easy to install, exceedingly sturdy, and very stable. Presto! My excessive "tilt" issue is solved, AND, the rocking feature of my two Lazy Boy Recliners has essentially been preserved, but now with a "governor", or "stop" to ease standing up for taller, or, more elderly visitors.I did purchase a competitor's set for one of the chairs for height reasons, but, have decided to instead purchase a second set of these risers. They are far more attractive for a family room Lazy Boy, and, I just find them more effective.I do hope that the seller of these comes up with a few differing sizes to allow for more precision in the final height adjustment. Clearly a Five Star product for my applications.

I raised my sofa bed 2" with these risers. It's made a world of difference. They arrived ahead of time and were just as advertised. My biggest challenge was lifting the heavy sofa to install them. However, with a little ingenuity, I used my car scissors jack to lift each side. Worked like a charm!
