The big ones like 4.0mm to 8.0mm are sturdy. The smaller ones have a little give to them when I bend them a little bit, so I won't use heavy yarn for those, but for 6 bucks for a 11 crochet hooks is awesome.I looked at each hook as well rrying to compare them to the ones i get at a.craft store. I rubbed my finger over the hook I felt no sharp points as I have felt on cheaper brands. I have not worked up yarn with them yet, so I'll change my review if it snags yarn or if the smaller sizes bend to much that I can't work a project. But for now, I will keep it at 5 stars based on what I already tried.On the side note... I'm not sure if some baby powder or something would be helpful. the product both the plastic and wood are a tiny bit stinky but nothing huge. The cables are HUGE this is a plus as they can be cut to size with scissors easily. works adequately but would be a lot better if the yarn slid over the tubing well. the hooks seem to be of good quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy With Purchase *by F***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2017* I ordered the aluminum tunisian crochet 11 piece hook set and am happy with them. True the smaller sizes do bend a little, but they are thinner so that's to be expected. Only one of the size caps in my set wasn't glued on, but a quick dab of super glue out of the tool box fixed that. My set had no rough spots and 10 of them were smooth and clean. I only had to clean what looked like glue residue near the size cap of one of them, under running water quick scrape with my fingernail fixed that one.So in my experience, I got a good set of hooks for a very reasonable price.
