Will this leather stain on my clothes?

Will definitely stain clothes (grey and khaki colored wool pants). That's why I'm returning it.

Does the bag have a luggage strap in the back in the zipper?

I have the KomalC which looks to be the exact same bag just different logo embossed on the front. If you are asking if it has the strap that goes over the extended handle of a rollerboard luggage, then the answer is no. It has the shoulder strap and that is it.

India, it's an amazing bag I get compliments all the time. Considering buying another just in case anything happens to it and I can't get it online again.

What is the width of this bag at maximum capacity? Can it hold a laptop as well as several accessories?

Im not sure about the width. It has just enough room for a laptop, its charger and a few small odds and ends in the pocket areas. I am also able to wedge in my iPad, But that's about it. Its not practical if you are trying to carry your mobile office with you. It's a wonderful looking bag and does the job for your basic items.
