The best insoles for support . This is the second pair I've purchased. I was told by a doctor to start buying my sneakers a half size bigger and getting insoles. Boy was she right!!!! No more foot pain. Callouses that started on the bottom of my right foot went away. I am flat footed, so these give me the support that I need. They are on the pricey side, but they are well worth it. The only reason I ordered another pair is that I purchased a new pair of sneakers. Now I have these in both pairs.

Well made, comfortable, and work as advertised. Were recommended by a doctor.

So far they have been great, I have plantar fasciitis, high arches and heel spurs, and I have no pain at the end of a 10 hour day. They are not cheap, but for my feet they are worth it. They fit well in the shoes as well.

Pretty good in helping plantar facisitis. However, sort of expensive, but if they last it is worth it.

With 89-year old feet that were getting tired, my podiatrist recommended these insoles by brand name. What a difference they have made. I have never before worn an insole, and these felt so good inside my shoes. The sizing was perfect and they slipped in easily. My podiatrist said that if they were a little too long, the toe can be snipped off a bit for a better fit. Not necessary here. There was a short period of calibration as my foot felt a little wider, the arch was supported, for the first time, and I could feel my spine recalibrate the new height - total ½ hour of wear. They've now been in almost 10 days, and they feel better than ever. I am walking straighter, I feel more support on the ground, and my foot feels protected. They've made a big difference for me.

They really do help with my plantar fasciitis! I can tell a big difference when I wear my shoes without them. I have flat feet and these do not push my arch up to where it is uncomfortable. This is my 3rd pair so I can have them in my new pairs of shoes as well.

I had sever heel pain for few months .I tried different pain meds ,I also bought several new expensive athletic shoes but nothing worked finally I went to podiatrist he recommended this sole ,i thought all these expensive shoes didn't nake any difference what this sole would do but i ordered anyway from Amazon and results were unbelievable, within 48hrs my heel pain gone away like It never had it. I m using this with my very old skecher shoes but bcoz of this sole I didn't even need new shoes .it's amazing my podiatrist even ordered phyio therapy but I didn't even need it after this sole. I highly recommend this.

Update to review I since ordered a size up 10-10.5 women's and trimmed about an 1/8" off the side and they fit perfect in my double-h boots. After a few hours my right foot was in excruciating pain. I took the insoles out and noticed the heel cup on the right is lower, the outside inner of the foot has a bump 3mm high right where my outer foot joint sits and the insoles are a different thickness! Also the bottom of the left insole looks worn out. However, the left felt perfect.... I don't know if AMAZON is selling knockoffs or what? My husband has 5 perfect pair and my Powerstep hikers are flawless.... ‐---------------- Powerstep insoles are far superior compared to many other popular name brands. I have used and use the hiker and my husband the pulse with great success in our mountaineering boots and slippers. I bought the original Women's 9 - 9.5 to use in my 8.5 double-h cowgirl boots. These insoles fit right in and provide great support (I have flat low volume feet). The arch was higher than I expected for a low arch. The insoles are too short so my toes have the edge digging in my feet constantly. This is not an issue with my hiker insoles from powerstep. Perhaps someone bought, cut and returned these? For now I'm using double sided tape to keep them slid more forward in my boots so I overhang the heel instead of the toe area. If I between sizes, I recommend sizing up if this is their new sizing! The insoles measure 9 3/4" long from in the heel cup to the end. My feet with socks measure 10" with my favorite socks and am a size 8.5 - 9 women's
