Q: How does it look with the bill in the back? Looking at the picture, it looks like it has a fold on the front. It's just different than my others.

I think it looks like most flat caps worn with the bill in the back. I’ve seen it worn this way quite a bit and looks good.

Nothing. They are the same color.

Q: I ordered a medium and it was too small i ordered a medium in a different style ,same manufacturer it fit well , does style affect size?

It shouldn't. I have purchased mediums from this manufacturer in the past without a problem, until recently. Had to purchase three times to get the size right.
