I love this compression and cooling wrap! Outside the gray fabric and blue neoprene trim are both soft and slightly stretchy. The Velcro tabs don’t feel very grabby to the touch, but they are extremely grabby and hold very well. Inside, there are 3 pockets for ice packs, and they are each slightly stretchy so it isn’t too hard to insert and remove the ice packs. I was slightly worried about the overall length of the sleeve, since the specs say that it will fit a knee up to 21” and mine are 22” due to lymphedema and swelling. But my worry was unnecessary as the straps are stretchy and the sleeve wraps comfortably around my knee. I also still have plenty of room to inflate the sleeve, and that compression really helps relieve pain. I have had knee problems for 20 years and I purchased this compression wrap in preparation for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. This is the best item I have found to help with knee pain! The combination of ice and compression is amazing and really helps relieve my pain.

I ordered both this one and the one without compression. Will be sending the other one back as it's a touch smaller top to bottom. Wish they made both of these a touch longer to help in areas below and above the focal point. WOW...so much easier to ice my knee now, both front and back. I don't walk around with it on, but it stays right where I want it sitting down. Can adjust to where I want it, snug it up, and then compress with the bulb pump to help with swelling. You can really get this wrap tight and just pressing down on the release valve takes it all, or as much as you want out. I do notice that it doesn't stay as tight after a while and just give it a few more pumps, no big deal. The ice bags are pliable even when frozen and are easy to get in and out of the pouches in the wrap. Getting them tucked in the flap cover is not very difficult at all. I will even them out with my hands so no edges are sticking up before applying the wrap. The ice packs stay cool for about 30 minutes but cold therapy temps would be around 20 minutes. Don't want to ice any longer than that anyway. Haven't needed heat but I imagine they would have similar results. Will probably get more paks as they take a couple hours to freeze up again. So much easier to ice my knee now without having to adjust the ice pack or keep things between them and my skin. Just wrap and compress and wait effortlessly for the 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

This product has removable, reusable ice packs. Works as it should. Place ice packs in slots. Velcro around your knee. You can pump it up for compression if you like. I did the first few days after knee surgery then just would use it for ice. Good value for the money.

Two weeks after my knee replacement this has become my favorite 🤩 swelling and pain friend! Best thing I’ve found yet! Being able to pump it up and let the air out without taking it on n off… FANTASTIC!!!

This knee wrap was not what I expected. The cooling pad doesn’t last longer than 20 mins and the inflatable pump feature was not to my benefit, with a sore knee adding additional pressure doesn’t always help. I wish I could have enjoyed using this one because so had high hopes, but it wasn’t as flexible and I needed and although it stayed in place it didn’t offer any relief for me as promised.

I was looking for an ice pack that would do 3 things for me: 1. Be big enough to go around my entire knee. Most are too small. This one is big enough. 2. Stay in place. With the pump you can tighten it up enough to stay in place. 3. This has 3 ice bags that are removable. Two ice packs that fit in the front, one on each side of my knee. One ice pack fits behind the ice for cold completely surrounding the knee. This is an excellent product and I highly recommend for the reasons stated above.

This is a great product. There are cold packs in front of and behind the knee. We were so pleased we ordered one for a relative.
