Perfect replacement for a 3xAAA round carrier.
These were better than expected! I have a trusty EDC Nebo stubby LED flashlight with a magnetic end and an integrated laser pointer that has served me well for years. I went to change the batteries and found that the cage holding the AAA cells had corroded to the point where it lost electrical contact. It was irreparable. Searching on Amazon revealed several candidates and I chose this one because it looked to be the closest match and it wasn't hated in the reviews. I am pleased to report that it was an exact fit and seems to be made well. It makes replacing the batteries in my trusty light very easy once again. In terms of value, I am happy with the outcome but for a tiny bit of plastic and some nickel plated brass or copper, I would have thought it to be less. I would also have liked to find one for half the price. I don't need two. I definitely don't need 6 or 50, the counts that Amazon thinks are needed. Not for me anyway.

The right battery holder, for teh right flashlight.
There are many reviews for these and similar products, claiming that they're the "wrong size". What you need to know, is that there are TWO main styles for 3-AAA battery holders for flashlights. One style has a spring-loaded contact button on the top, which makes it a bit longer. Those are designed for the more expensive flashlights, and will not fit in most of the cheaper 3/$10 flashlights that you get a Harbor Freight. THESE are the second style, with essentially flat, non-spring contacts at both ends. These WILL FIT in the shorter, cheaper lights. They fit perfectly in mine, and revived a bunch of flashlights that otherwise would have gone in the trash. They work great, and I will be buying more of them.

Functional replacement
None of these are durable from any maker (they are all cheap plastic), but this was a good deal for two and worked to replace the broken one in my grill light. Just a little loose but totally functional.

Worked right out of the shipping sleeve
I was handed an NRA 16 ga replica flashlight that had no battery, and asked to fix it. First I tried a c-cell but it was too large in diameter. So I went through about a dozen searches, changing the criteria each time based on what results I got from the previous one. Finally hit on this particular device, read about it and then ordered it. It arrived in a mailer envelope big envelope to hold a ream of paper but it was in good shape. I put three AAA batteries in it, inserted it into the flashlight and clicked the power button. It worked! Retuned the flashlight to its owner and earned some brownie points. No problems all along the way. Recommended!

Might not fit, but can be fixed
The tip on the positive side (the one that points into the flashlight) is very shallow, and also surrounded by three plastic points. It didn't make a contact in my case. I easily fixed it by applying a small blob of solder to the tip with a soldering iron, which extended the tip enough to make contact. It's an inexpensive product, so I still feel that I got reasonable value for money even if I had to spend a couple minutes fixing it. But if you're not inclined to tinker, be warned it might not work.

I don't have to toss old mini flashlights!
very happy to locate as I've had a few be ruined due to battery acid. Easy replacement instead of buying a new mini flashlight.

It fit!
I had a great little flashlight that I was gifted many years ago. It hadn't been used often and the batteries burst in it. It ruined the connective metal of the battery holder. I was afraid I wasn't going to find one, but "Amazon has everything!", so I found it and it fit! Flashlight working well.
