Dec. 2021 update:This product has been out of stock for months, at any authorized reseller. However, recently it became available through this seller and this seller only, but at almost double the price that it used to sell for. I reached out to the manufacturer, thinking it's them who sell it through this shop, to inquire about this obvious price gouging. Their customer service was excellent and explained that this is not an authorized seller who listed it, nor is it the manufacturer, but a third party who basically set such high price just because they have it in stock while no one else does. The manufacturer does not know for how long before they get the missing ingredients back in stock (due to covid). I do not recommend paying double the price for this product, it is not worth it!Had to put my 10-yr old indoor cat on a diet immediately as he jad clocked in at 23 lbs. He's been eating 1 can per day and in the past three months managed to lose 2-3 lbs. A norm is to lose about a pound per month, so it's taking a bit slower for him as he's a very dormant cat. I hope it will help him continue to lose another 4-5 lbs, in the coming six months or so. The good thing is that he doesn't feel hungry even though the serving is really small. So far, he hasn't lost appetite for it either, so it's a win-win.

I have been ordering this product for the past 3-4 months. My cats love the food! I have no problem with the quality of the food.My issues are with customer service and shipping:- On one occasion, I was sent the wrong item/flavor- Another time, the shipment was not sent because the item was out of stock. I understand this happens sometimes, but an alternative product would have been nice.- This last shipment, the cans were bent so badly that they must have busted open during transit, and I did not feel comfortable using them in case the product had gone bad. I lost 3 cans, which is pretty significant when the price per can is a little over $1.

I wish there was a non fish flavor as my cats like chicken and I hate the smell. However hands down after a week of feeding their coats are so shiny and soft with less shedding. I’m still waiting for weight loss but the unexpected benefit of their fur is worth it so far so I will keep ordering. It took a few days to transition my cats to this food and pate but now they beg for more. Don’t give up right away... they look so healthy.

I have used this product for years with my cats -- and sadly, like many pet foods, we have has consistency issues. One case will arrive and the pate is smooth and pink, the following case will be lumpy, mushy, and brown. Some cases have smelled strongly of aluminum can, others have been more the standard wet pet food meaty smell.All of this would be mildly OK if my cats found that the food itself seemed the same, but that hasn't been true. So, I have multiple cases of food in the house that the cats refuse to eat, and have to check the lot numbers of each can before opening. I've thrown away dozens of open, uneaten cans even so.I've tried higher quality canned foods, but my cats are (unsurprisingly) picky. I'm looking for new options for them and have been slowly trying foods for the last several months.

My cats love this stuff. It's like crack to them. I open the can and they won't stop meowing it's actually pretty annoying. Then they inhale this stuff - not sure if they even chew it! The texture is a bit firm for one of my boys so I have to make sure to break it down into smaller pieces but other than that, no complaints from the kitties.

It's tough to review these types of things, because at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is whether or not my cat will eat it. And my cat refused to eat this product. Also this portion size was too large for my cat.

The first cat food my puddy eats all at once.She loves it but unfortunately there is a short supply,unable to purchase more at this time.As for the taste,I have no idea,I don’t eat cat food...lol
