One of the best multi minerals in market. Their previous formula was better when it had iron. Have to take another pill for iron.

I love Claire lab and their products and have taken for 2 decades as was suggested by a health practitioner.When I get leg cramps, I can take a capsule and within a minute or two the leg cramps are gone.

I was pleased with the product and how quickly it arrived.

Upon opening the bottle's cap and removing the secured seal, there was a very foul, almost sulfuric odor coming from the capsules inside. I don't think any of the minerals in this complex is supposed to smell this badly. I am deficient in various minerals, and I have been eagerly waiting for this bottle, so I took the two capsules that are the serving size. My stomach immediately does not seem to agree with this particular product. Not sure if it has been stored properly. Additional note: I purchased and received this product on 9/2024, and the bottle I received expires on 5/31/2025.

We all need to supplement with minerals in the developed world these days due to the fact that poor soil management has greatly reduced the mineral content of our food. The need to filter our water often removes the necessary minerals for optimal cellular function. However not everyone needs to supplement with iron, which is why this formulation is so nice. Too much iron can be toxic and those of us with higher levels of iron due to cooking on cast iron or other factors would be in danger of iron toxicity if supplementing with a mineral supplement that contains iron. This is my go to mineral supplement for me and my family because there is no iron in it and it doesn’t have a bunch of added fillers and junk.
