TOPEX26C005 1 m Wooden Folding Rule - White/Yellow

The major drawback with this folding rule is that it doesn't fold concertina-style, but instead each section lies on top of the next. This means it'll never lie flat, due to the overlaps between each section. The photos should show this better than I can explain. Guess I should have looked at the pictures better before buying.At least I can use it as a Social Distancing tool when people don't know how far 1 metre actually is (more than you think).

Ordered this more as a novelty item for my son but use it more myself. Struggle with the reel tape measures and this gives you a more solid way of measuring items. As it folds up so neatly it's really easy to store too. The number really are very clear and easy to read as well. 100% recommend.

would have loved it if their were clearer inch measurements on one side instesad of cm on both

Just what I wanted to help me with dressmaking.

Much cheaper than a meter stick and easier to store or transport. Can be a little tricky to draw along it for a continuous line.

This is very well made and very easy to work with
