Will the camo case work with a popsocket even with the textured back?

I would say that answer will vary from yes to no time to time. Depending on if one is utilizing a name brand or an off brand generic type pop socket. The name brand has some very thick, sticky, backing that I think will stay stuck to the case. Any other, not as sticky, off brands will probably suffer, and NOT stay stuck to the case. But it is a very sturdy, long lasting case so i would bet an additional small drop of super glue to the pop before installation will guarantee you will have it latched down until you decide to remove it.

Would this fit the samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g phone?

No it won't the Samsung Galaxy A71 is 6.7 inches tall, and The Samsung Galaxy FE is 6.5 this would be too big.
