Delicious honey but don't hold your breath getting it
The only reason I can make this is because I've had it for from previous orders. This most recent order is delayed for some reason The honey is excellent but so is all avocado honey

Decent flavor for the price
good quality for the price not as thick or dark as some others I’ve ordered, but they were almost twice as much flavor at 75% of what the darker richer, avocado honey tastes like.

Robust flavor
Love this Honey it is much more robust than regular honey. Great quality too!

Arrived Intact & Tastes Great
Arrived perfectly sealed still. Avocado honey is a darker honey with a bit of a molasses taste, which I really like. A bit more liquidy than buckwheat honey, which is darker still and has more of a molasses taste. This was the 3lb jar. Would've preferred a glass jar instead of the plastic one that came, but this'll do, and 3lbs will keep me in honey for a loooong time. (I also bought some buckwheat honey and some tupelo honey in large jars, both of which also arrived intact, so I'm really in honey now!)

Great for brewing
Delicious honey. Can't wait to drink the mead I made with it. I highly recommend people look up the retailer's website as they have a much broader selection of honey varietals there than they offer through here.

A light, sweet and unique sorghum-like flavor!
I have tried so many different types of honey at really insane price points even. This avocado honey, as well as the Eucalyptus honey are absolutely my top two favorites. Avocado honey reminds me of a light, sweet sorghum flavor with no bitterness and slightly less 'thick'. It's not near as heavy or 'bitter' as molasses or buckwheat honey but both of those references work as well. It's the thickness of a light honey. I am a fan of all of those aforementioned things, by the way, so if you hate sorghum/molasses/buckwheat honey, maybe you won't dig this one but try the Eucalyptus or Orange Blossom instead--both are amazing. If you do happen to like sorghum, etc. then you'll go crazy for this. The large size IMO is a great value and the packaging is consistently solid/well padded and taped inside the box to prevent leaks and such.
