I normally wear L, XL in coats so I decided on the XXL per their charts measurements. My measurements are 48" bust, 35" waist. This coat fit perfectly with room in the bust if I were to wear thick clothing underneath. A little roomy in the waist but the lacing back tightens it up for that perfect fit. The cut of the coat is very flattering for curvy women. High quality made materials. For this price, you MUST buy this coat! It's worth far more in my opinion. I have received so many compliments. It's very versatile. Wear it as a light coat, a 'winter' coat with a sweater underneath or simply as a top paired with leggings. I've already worn it once and got complemented on it! The only problem I had was that there was a small hole in one of the pockets, but that's an easy fix. Before buying, pay close attention to the measurements provided by the seller. The XS fit me very well, but I am short, slim, and flat-chested. If you are broad-shouldered or busty, I recommend going up a size. The waist can be cinched using the ribbon in the back, and it's a coat, so you'll be wearing clothes underneath it (hopefully!). The seller was quick to ship and I had no problems with them. (The only one who deserves a kick-in-the-pants is the postal service.
