Nature's Bounty is my go-to brand for all my vitamins. They have high quality products, reasonable prices and they sell their vitamins in bottles large enough to allow me to purchase enough to meet my needs for 3+ months at a time, which makes them very convenient. Judging the efficacy of the vitamins is well beyond my ability as an ordinary consumer, but since the FDA has to approve of all vitamins sold in the US, I am comfortable assuming that these vitamins are doing their job. Very good B-12 for your body. They help with Anemia and blood pressure. The dose is very high which is perfect for older people. I really like these and the company is very good. So easy to use, great taste. It is a small pill and works well.
