A fantastic substitute for rice and grains if you are trying to lose weight.
Tried it today for the first time and was really pleased with their taste and texture. Id you are looking for an alternative to rice or other grains and are trying to lose weight, this is a great substitute. Had it with a portion of herby chicken breast and tasted yum. Smell, size and Quality are fantastic.

great for the dogs
smells like corpses, vile! Luckily it's for my dogs as an occasional food boost and they love it! Cauliflower and broccoli are very beneficial for dogs-vitamin C and K and other minerals, just a flat tablespoon from time to time is more than enough. Had to take a star off though as the smell makes me gag.

Great alternative to rice.
Fantastic product, a bit bland on its own but considering its cauliflower roce what more would you expect? However if you fry it with a bit of sauce from the disk you have made it soaks in all the flavour and is nice. It's even converted my cauliflower hating partner to eat it 🤣 When you are eating it the texture gives the impression of eating actual rice. Excellent value for money when on offer. Will be a stable product to have in now and am going to put it on subscription 👍

Full green riced cauliflower and broccoli
The riced cauliflower and broccoli is very good and convenient and you can use it anywhere as doesn’t need to be fridge or freezer so very pleased with it.

Tasted ok , has some sharp bits as it has the storks in , smells really strong aswell , so dont recommend for a work setting

Awesome low calorie alternative to rice
Very impressed with these. Currently using them as a rice/ potato alternative while on an aggressive cut. Eating the full 200g pack is incredibly filling but very low in calories. Unlike in some pre packaged foods, there is no strange smell or taste. The quality of the product is good. It looks just like rice and has a similar texture, making it a great substitute. It pairs well with curries and chilli, and as a side with proteins and other veg. I always worry that I’m overpaying by ordering products like this from Amazon, but compared to the £1.70 these are priced at in my local supermarket, this pack of 6 is good value. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
