It definitely helps my 3 year old calm down!
This stuff WORKS! How do I know?! I tried it myself before I put it on my 3 year old. I applied a few rolls to my inner wrists one afternoon while he was asleep. I kid you not, within 5-10 mins (maybe less) I felt a warm wave of âahhhhhâ come over me. Not enough to make me pass out, but it was almost like taking an anti-anxiety med! Heâs autistic and has a heck of a time falling asleep at night, and is dealing with big meltdowns lately . Heâs transitioning out of nap, but occasionally he wakes up really early and has a rough day. Iâll have him lay down and put a roll on each foot in the afternoon. He takes the best nap ever! Doesnât always work like that for bed time, though. He gets wired-tired and it seems to calm him down but doesnât put him to sleep. Sometimes works, sometimes doesnât. Thatâs using a few rolls on each foot, and covering with socks. Iâll keep this on hand for stressful situations too. He doesnât do well at the doctor so i might use it before an appt to keep him mellow. He actually LOVES it and says it makes him âhappy.â If you have a hyperactive little one with anxiety, sleep issues, sensory meltdowns, or other spectrum-related issues, try it! Ask your pediatrician first, of course. Ours said it didnât hurt to try. Sometimes magnesium can cause liquidy stools, but we havenât noticed that. It doesnât irritate his skin, and he doesnât say it itches. I applied a LOT one night and it burned my inner wrists slightly as it dried. Thereâs not really any scent to this, albeit a slightly natural one. Itâs heavily based in oil, so be careful using it on feet!! Very slippery. Hope this helps! đ

THIS WORKS đđźđŻâ¤ď¸
Grab this. If you have a difficult child or one that throws temper tantrumâs or maybe nervous before school or anything like that this is a good product. I love it. I keep it at my kids bedside. before they wake up, I roll it on the bottom of their feet, and I roll it on their legs. I roll it underneath their arms, just one big swipe along the body (this not medical advice). I do notice a big difference in their morning routine and their morning in general after I put this on them before they wake up, theyâre a lot happier they are more cooperative and thereâs no tantrums. You can also use this before bedtime if you have a little one that doesnât want to go to bed. I am very much against melatonin and taking pills at a young age. youâre teaching your kid that a pill will fix their âproblemâ. also, just a little FYI children have tantrums and show their feelings a different way then an adult does. because thatâs all they know đ¤ˇđźââď¸ so you have to put yourself in their situation and thatâs also going to make it easier on you as a parent. I see all these parents getting upset about their kids throwing tantrums and they spank them and try to make them stop. Let them throw their tantrum let them express their feelings and talk about it later. Itâs OK to walk away, as long as theyâre not getting hurt (again I am not child psychologist. This is just advice. I am not telling you to do this. This is a suggestion, since I started doing this, itâs made my life 100 times easier). Also, whenever they are throwing a tantrum or getting upset about some thing and theyâre not calming down, I will use this and I will put it on their scalp, back wherever I can get it so it absorbs into their skin. Thatâs where I put it, because as long as it gets on their skin, itâs going to absorb and it will help! I like this product because itâs â¤ď¸magnesium and aloe. âŚThose are the ingredients. It doesnât have a bunch of junk in it đ đđź God bless and please stay patient with your little oneâs , having children is a growing process for everyone involved â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

good for bedtime routine
I bought this to use at bedtime on my 6 year old sons feet who has a hard time falling asleep. He did like the routine of doing it and of course all the other kids wanted to do it as well. I did not notice that he calmed down or went to sleep any faster when we used this. I also tried it a few time between the shoulder blades which I would not recommend because it stings a little when used there. I would recommend sticking with the soles of the feet where it does not sing. It is a bit oily so make sure to rub it in.

Works well, but leaks a little.
The product itself works well, it helps my children calm down before the craziness of bedtime, the only concerns is that yes it does in fact leak, and it does cause mild itchiness when applied to certain areas, my little one has growing pains in her legs and this does bring her relief, however she does complain of a mild itch. Overall, I say itâs worth it, especially if you have children with lots of energy!

Have purchased more than once
I love this stuff. Have been using it on and off for about 8 years! I use it myself and have used it for my daughter since she was a toddler. It is drippy when the bottle is full, so just store it in an upright position and donât tilt until youâre ready to apply. When I apply it I feel a calming spread in less than a minute. My daughter severely struggled with falling and staying asleep when she was an infant and toddler. This was very helpful. She still occasionally uses it 8 years later when sheâs had a stressful day. Keep in mind, itâs not a hardcore sleep drug. Good sleep hygiene like no screens or excitement before bed are still important (and no caffeine of course), itâs probably not strong enough to fight those.

Made my granddaughter sick đ¤˘
When I received in the mail I opened the product to find out it leaked not only that its looks and felt like water. As I rolled it on the bottom of my granddaughterâs foot I want to say the first night there was no problem she did fall asleep but woke up in the middle of the night crying and hot I didnât think nothing of it be cause we did have our heater on she did fall back to sleep but woke up at 4am crying and burning up not only that but throwing up all over non stop I assumed she was getting sick not thinking it was from the magnesium roll so the next night I used it she threw up 20 mins later it was a great amount again so I knew it was this roll on I googled it and the kids can have side affects from this product, I threw it away. Please read up on this product or all products you purchase from anywhere especially when it comes to your little one.
