Dig Defence - The Original Animal Barrier Fence, X-Large - 15 Pack, 30’ Total Length - No Dig Fence

I purchased a 15 panel pack to defend against raccoons from going under my front porch. The panels are made from heavy gauge steel with solid welds. The panels held up against a 5lb sledge hammer (wood blocker used) pounded into a heavy clay soil. The construction and good materials was worth the extra cost vs. the other products made off-shore. Recommend buy!

After losing the dog under the fence, these are and were a must. Took a little work to pound them into the ground and some of the spines broke during the process, (totally expected as we were using multiple hammers to pound them in and previous owners buried rocks and bricks near fence posts) but they remain completely functional.

My 80 pound female German Shepherd destroyed 2 6 foot chain link fence gates. She was able to pull the chain link off the gate frame to escape the run. After a temporary fix to the gates I purchased these. At this point she has been unable to remove them. They were easily installed. I purchased 2 boxes of 15 and if necessary I will purchase more.

Love the design, ease of installation, and price point.Unfortunately, there are a couple issues. We followed directions for installation, and now after being in the ground for 1 to 2 months, the tops are rusting. The product is advertised as “rustproof.” I purchased 7 boxes of the 15 pack XL and just about every section is rusting, so it’s not like we received one defective box. It makes me wonder when/if the rest of the product will begin to rust potentially resulting in decreased integrity of the barrier, the reason why we bought the product in the first place.Also, not quite as sturdy as advertised. When we hit a root, the product began to bend. See photos.Would be great if these two issues could be fixed as otherwise, I’d give it five stars.

These things are built like a tank. I installed around my deck to discourage a ground hog. Used a big hammer and they went right in. My challenge was installing through rock that surrounds the deck. Just had to clear it and voila!

These were very easy to install, hopefully they will discourage the skunk family from moving back into their home under my workshop.

This worked perfectly. Our dogs haven’t gotten out since.

These sections will break if you’re not carefully hammering each section evenly across the top. Take your time and be sure to not be overbearing in one spot. I broke one weld. The metal was strong enough, but I was too forceful early on in one area. I learned to evenly distribute the force to anchor these in the ground properly. I feel these are plenty deep to withstand a Rottweiler from digging under the fence…
