love how small it is since i have 914 sq ft apartment in miami. the highest setting is 7.5 and i like to fast walk at 3.8 for about an hour a day. the key came damaged and the stores customer service was very unhelpful to get a replacement one cause you literally cant use the treadmill unless the key is attached or it wont start, they wanted pictures like as if i was lying.. ?? they were rude too. i just ordered a replacement key else where and works fine now. this was quite easy to put together for 2 people as well.

The product is good for the price but I gave it 3 stars bc of the packaging. I was taking the treadmill out of the box and when pulling it out, a mechanism pinched on my fingers and getting them stuck. I ended up having to get stitches bc of the cut. My suggestion would be to have the treadmill maybe more secure together in the packaging to prevent it from opening when taking it out of the box. Or, maybe, a warning at the top of the box when opening the box. The only warning is underneath, where you are able to stand it up, which you would only see until after you get it out of the box since its on the bottom. I would say to still purchase this product bc its worth the price, just watch your finger placement when taking it out of the box.

I have wondered about the portable TMs. Most reviews have good and bad. But I liked what I read about this one and made the leap. Once assembled, it has been great. Plug it in, turn it on, and ready to go. Easy to read dashboard and easy to change speeds. I got the digital monitor and I love it. Easy to get on it every day at the office and keep track of those minutes. Has a tablet/phone holder, simple but works. Now assembly is something else. Kinda takes time to figure out what they mean, but eventually it came together. More like over an hour for me. It was not hard, just difficult instructions. Came without the locking washers, but the seller immediately responded and sent them. Would readily recommend to others wanting a folding machine.

Given the times we're currently facing, gyms are no longer an option. I live in the Bronx in a 700 sq/ft apartment. This is great for walking and jogging. It's not for running or any advanced treadmill exercises. Fairly easy to assemble on your own, although the instructions are abysmal.

I’ve had a more expensive, higher end treadmill in the past. This is very similar for a lot less money, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Only con is there is no real incline with this treadmill. Other than that it’s great.

The handlebar does not line up with the sidebars. I literally had to force them together and the treadmill works, but it’s crooked. I contacted customer service @serenelife and they never contacted me back after opening a ticket for my issue. I also commented on their Instagram and @serenelife just deleted my comment. I am extremely displeased even though I am able to use the treadmill. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again!

Very good treadmill. Has all the features I wanted - variable speed, computer console with distance, calories, time, speed, and pulse rate read outs. There are many running programs on the computer. Has a magnetic safety clip-on which will stop the treadmill if one stumbles or falls. Also has a manual incline capability with four positions. It took a couple of hours to assemble and set it up, but the instructions were mostly clear and accurate. Instruction booklet had a few errors (like bolts that were supposed to be loosely in place on the machine but were in a plastic bag, and calling flat washers plastic nuts) but nothing fatal. Machine works well and allows me to exercise inside in relative comfort when the weather is lousy. Comes with a book holder so a good book can be read if watching TV is not an option.

The top part doesn’t fit the actual machine. Returning, because amazon can’t send the new part.

With COVID-19 and snowy winter coming, I knew Gym or streets can't be used for walking. This exactly 'you get what you pay for' item. Very easy to assemble. There are YouTube videos as well.The machine is very wobbly for being light. The belt is plasticy ( not rubbery like gym) so friction feeling is there. But runs well. Perfect for walking, specially if you have height below 5'5'' because platform is shorter in length, so if speed up and don’t catch up fast you may fall. It worked out for me.

Garbage! I could sure this is a returned product! The only reason I keep it because it is the small size I want! And return takes too many troubles!

One note that the speed and distance traveled is shown in miles and not in kilometers. Very uncomfortable. I bought this treadmill October 13, 2020 and I have had it for less 2 months and it worked very well up until today, December 8, 2020. I was on it for a few minutes when it s​tarted to slow down and then the motor got overheated and started to smell bad. It was so bad that I had to take it outside to clear the smell. After a little while I plugged it back in to try it but the motor will not start or move the belt. What I must doing? Please help me.

Perfect size for our needs. Straight forward assembly. Worked perfectly after it was set up. Nice simple control panel which is easy to keep clean and dust-free. Arrived on time and in perfect shape. Very satisfied with our purchase so far.

I had initially put 5 stars for this review, after a day or two of use I started hearing squeaking noises on the left side, support's been helpful but it's been over a month with the squeaking still happening with no solution yet. The treadmill itself is a good product, its size is nice, the tablet holder / water holder is nice, it's not adjustable though. It gets to good speeds, but mine sounds like I'm at a cheap motel jumping on their bed.2 stars from me for this particular unit. If yours starts squeaking and you're in the return period just send it back instead of going through the trouble.
