Easy Read, alot explained
I had read the reviews and was a bit skeptical about ordering the book. As I started reading it and forming my own opinion I enjoyed the book. I think it was very informative I like how Mia and Olivia title their names on the pages for their own opinions. Of course yes the subject at hand they are cartel wives and form in your own opinion on the way they live their lives versus how they wanted to live their lives. I think the book is very interesting and answers a lot of questions and reading between the lines a little as well

Spine-tingling story
Every page is a MUST read and I wish they'll make a movie based on this book bcoz it narrates THE WORLD OF NARCOS in the eyes of their wives.A compelling story of bravery and leaving their luxurious life for their family's sake....snitchingEL CHAPO is really a bolder act of bravery.I salute the Flores' twins.

Good fast read
Good fast decent read I like the positive attitudes of the women and more importantly they made a decision to change their lives. Kudos to them. This makes a great weekend read. I wish they would have went into the drug dealing more in depth but either way the story was riveting. Hope both families are doing well.

I recommend it if you are doing an over all study of the Cartel life
I had a hard time deciding to buy this book and giving my money to people that have made a living helping to destroy people’s lives with the product that they pushed. But I’m addictive to studying the drug business/drug problems in our world. And my friend would not let me borrow his copy. It was a good read. Gives you a different view from the eyes of the pushers themself. You do get a feeling that there a lot they are not telling. You have read in between the lines. Olivia revels in the limelight, and really enjoyed the cartel life. Mia gives the impression that just went along for the ride.

they are good to the wives and kids
Two narcissistic women marry two of the biggest drug distributors in the world (twins). They have everything - money, luxury, name brand everything, anything their heart wants. The wives can overlook the negative aspects of the husbands' occupation because; they are good to the wives and kids; they are good to the extended family; they provide jobs for people in the neighborhood (peddling dope). Of course no mention of the death, sickness, disease and society cost of the drugs. Then, when they are right at the top of the drug pyramid, the husbands have to make a choice - they and their families will no doubt be killed in a drug war or they will need to rat out all the other kingpins. They rat. But, the wives want us to believe somehow they are martyrs or something for helping our government catch the really big kingpins. We should be grateful for all the help they gave! Poor them! Given their choice was die or help us, their perspective just doesn't hold water. While reading the book, I kinda felt dirty knowing I gave them more money from their dirty past. I wasn't persuaded that any of the characters are deserving of much but contempt - but, after all, the book was interesting.

Great story - detailed, informative, suspenseful
I highly recommend reading this book if you're interested in or curious about the inner workings of a drug cartel - my mind was blown! I had NO idea the level that these cartels are at! And also if you are curious about the "type" of people involved in that life - you will be PLEASANTLY surprised. Mia & Olivia, if you ever read this review, thank you for having the courage to share your stories. Please know that there is at least one reader who highly respects you & your husbands & does NOT judge any of you. I too know what it feels like to be judged, especially unfairly. Everybody makes mistakes in life & I respect the INCREDIBLY difficult journey that you all have taken to set things right. I could NOT have been that brave & selfless. I pray that God keeps all of you safe & blesses you with happy lives from here on out. I pray for Peter & Junior also as they endure the rest of their sentences. And I hope that once they get out they will write a book as well. God's love & blessings to all of you.

The trials seeking love an happiness are always not what one hoped
Can only imagaine the difficulty in playing your positon as down you two did, day in, day out, night in, night out, being wifey, bestie, mommy, someone close to them dudes, to chop it up with at the end of the day, the amounts of stress and anxiety, fear, paronoia, all while being wonder woman/ "mommy" , and in the end, to have given them dudes the courage to make the life altering decision for they family, make no mistake about it, if not for you two, they may not have been able to have been so prompted to have made up they're minds, witch could have ended badly not just for them, but for the entire family, in saying as much, be thankful you are still blessed to be breathing, be a mommy, a wife, a sister, ans last but not least, a very vivid and and potentially masterful author,
