I absolutely love this combo it casts amazing I haven’t caught a big one yet but have had it out to the creek and the river but for the price and the compact style it’s the perfect creek combo for small mouth or whatever you want to catch on it

These are great. Easy to use and their compact size makes them easy to store. Great to use with the kids too.

Bought this for a "tiny pole" challenge I organized with some friends. For the size, the rod is very strong. The reel is what you would expect at the price point. Using lightweight spinners, the combo performed adequately when reeling in smallmouth bass from a rocky creek. The fish all ranged between one and two pounds and there were no issues with line stretch or breakage. If you intend to use it in areas with bigger fish, I would probably re-spool it with an 8lb braid for a little more insurance.

I like the brand the rods are good but it must've had a defect, received the rod and reel combo on Monday went fishing on Thursday first fish on and it brakes fold's over on it's self 😡

I wasn't sure what to expect with the low price but Zebco is a reputable brand so I took a chance. It's smaller than I expected. I tried it on the lake on a very windy day. No trouble at all casting long distances. No tangling of the line either. Used heavier lures and some very light ones. It zings them right out there and has very smooth retrieval.

With its compact size and near indestructible rod blank, it’s perfect to keep in my car in case I “need” to fish. It casts well, and though the reel isn’t the best, it is actually decent, and I have landed trout, bluegill, and crappie with it. It’s nice for tight spaces, like docks (hence the name), or in downtown Gatlinburg (where I got the trout).

Excelente combo para pesca menor pero muy resistente para las presas que nos puedan dar la sorpresa. Muy recomendable ponerle hilo trenzado de 10 líbras para mayor seguridad. Muy claro queda que no se logran lances muy largos, pero para la pesca de orilla genial!

Fantastisch witziges Produkt. Die Rolle ist nachvollziehbarerweise eher Käse und sollte vom Angler mit Respekt vor sich und dem Fisch durch etwas vernünftiges, zb. Eine 2500er von Daiwa oder Penn ausgetauscht werden, aber die Rute ist ein Banger. Ob Forelle oder Weißfischangelei, das Teil macht Freude.
