I’ve been using this cloth tape on the motor wires for my drone, and it works great. I’ve never used this kind of tape before, I’m writing this from a newby’s point of view. The only negative comments I can make are the tape sticking to its self so well, it can be tricky to use in a tight space. Also, this is a very “flat” finish, a little more flat than the OEM tape which I now realize is more “semi glossy”. The positive is that the tape arrived, I opened the package and repaired the cut I had to make in the OEM tape with no issues. Once I got the “sticks to its self really well” part I was able to repair the cut in a few minutes. I used a bit extra so the new tape covered the old and everything looks good in spite of the slight color mismatch and is, I believe, well sealed. The only open question is how long it will last.

Bought for a few wiring projects in the Jeep. Tape worked great and really looks like a high quality product. Made the wiring job look like OEM as it blends right into the stock wiring.
