Was looking for comfort, sturdy, easy to assemble, and of course price. Most important to me was comfort and sturdiness. Due to my lower back issues, I had to have good lumbar support and good seat padding for comfort.Due to the fact that I'm 6ft 2in. tall, weigh 265lbs, and spend hours in my chair when working from home, I had to have something sturdy that also had adjustable armrests.Due to the fact I had wasted over $650 recently trying out a few so-called "ergonomic wonder-chairs", I had to have something affordable.Found this one while just browsing and read enough about it from a couple reviews and the price was reasonable enough for me to try it out. Shipping was fast and it arrived in great shape.THIS IS WHEN ALL THE MAGIC HAPPENS!!Great packing job on the product - all pieces accounted for and brand new.EASIEST CHAIR I HAVE EVER ASSEMBLED! Completed in 5 minutes - DONE!This chair was almost perfect...but wait for it...read on.Extra thick seat cushion was amazingly comfortable.The construction and design of this chair - amazing.Very sturdy, very easy to assemble, very affordable - however, my lower back needed a bit more support because of my posture, curvature etc. So I sent an email to their support to let them know, not really expecting anything. I was happy with my 3-out-of-4 requirements met chair.I received an email from Fiona at ZL HECTO (the chair company) with an attachment. The email thanked me for being a customer, thanked me for sharing my opinions and issue with the chair, and reminded me I was covered with a 5-year warranty for parts replacement, etc.The attachment was a photo of a receipt and tracking number of the lumbar support pillow they ordered and shipped to me!!! Yes, you read it right - they sent me a little lumbar pillow to make me more comfortable.What more could you ask for from any retail company?"Hey retail company, can you please make a great product that will last a long time and that I can afford? And then send me a surprise for free that makes it better?"That's how you build customer loyalty in my book. Love the chair - love the service - love the price - love the company.There's a whole-lotta-lovin'-going-on.Have a great Thanksgiving Holiday and do yourselves a favor - get one of these chairs.Peace!

The media could not be loaded. Great office chair with adjusted height and super comfortable cushion, the wheels works very smoothly even on the carpet. The most important is that the chair provides great support to your back and relieve back pain. I also really like the armrest can be flip up and down.It is very easy to resembles when following the clear instructions. Instructions were clear, parts were well labelled and assembly was easy.Really great company. When I had a problem with assembling the chair they were quick to assist offering several options to immediately and completely remedy the situation.

I am sitting in this chair NOW. Adjusted perfectly so that my feet are flat on the floor (with other chairs had to use foot stool) in front of the computer..so no back ache (I've been here 6+ hours). I was particularly impressed with the ease of assembly, helped by the way all the parts were organized and the clear directions. It went together super fast, and time will tell if it's durable, but it seems super sturdy.Yea! The only thing I would want is more soft arm rests. But there's no real complaint with this little chair. This was a great deal, and the quality is great for the money.

I just assembled the chair and noticed when sitting on it, the base of the chair wobbles a little bit - not enough to worry about it tipping over, but enough to take off a star from the review. The directions were easy to follow and the chair moves along the hardwood floors easily. The seat is comfortable and the back is the correct height for my needs (strictly sitting at a desk working on my computer.) Time will tell is the wobbling creates an issue.

I bought this for 2 main reasons -- the arms could go up so the chair could slide all the way under my desk and because it was black and white which went with the color theme of my desk area. It's also very comfortable!! Definitely recommend!!!

This is the first and perhaps the last time that I buy an office chair online. I contacted the seller and requested a return. Will update this review with how the return request is handled.Here are the pros and cons.Pros:- Chair seat seems thick enough- Fairly easy to assemble in spite of the instructionsCons:- Chair is not comfortable overall. Back support is made out of hard plastic.- While the flip up arms can be moved out of the way, I need them to support my arms while working. I am 5'9" and the armrests are too high for me to use comfortably so I have to move out of the way to use the keyboard and mouse.- The mid back support is hard and uncomfortable.- Assembly instructions are not well written and contain missing words and typos.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIRthe biggest issue is the seat lock will unexpectedly come out, causing the chair to fall backwards instantly and make you think you are falling out of the chairThe seat cushion AND ARMRESTS after moderate use are hard as a brick and small pieces fall off of the chair continuously.I have to use two pillows on top of the chair to gain any semblance of comfortSeriously, anything would be better than this chairMay be a good chair if you sit in it only once or twice a month but do not get it as a work from home chair

This chair replaced a leather office chair that wore out....this one is more comfortable, light weight and cooler to sit in for extended periods. I would highly recommend this item!
