Great clever idea.
They are great to store a lemon when you only use 1/2, on your pancakes? I bought a larger one for keeping half an onion fresh and avoid the smell of onion in your fridge.I do think the rims should have a serrated edge to assist in unscrewing the two halves, especially if your hands are wet. They are not easy to grip as I do have arthritis in my hands.After ordering the lemon one, for £4.99, I did see it in a local shop for £3.99.
