Bought this as a gift for daughter a year ago- she uses it daily and loves it. The heat can be adjusted, the scent depends on what melts you use of course. We have had to replace the glass dish (that was due to her not having enough wax and too high a heat). Overall it's a great product, nice detail and works wonderfully.Update Feb 2024: another 3 years and it is still going strong. She still uses it everyday and it works perfectly.

Very cool! Heavy too , bigger than I thought it would be , packaged very well too! Only thing is the light bulb might be hard to find !

Absolutely love this. exactly what i wanted. Yes this is resin, no not pewter, so for those of you expecting a heavy statue; no. However i read the description so that is what i was expecting. it is beautiful and i like the fact that the lite can dim. i use wax melts, not oil, i have had no problems. This fits right in with the rest of our decor perfectly. very happy customer.I do quite a bit of my shopping online, particularly at Amazon, so like you I depend on reviews to be honest so I can make an informed decision. I love that the on/off switch is a dimmer so you can have the light be really bright or barely any. The design is very detailed, and the product is extremely sturdy and durable.

I love this warmer! The light brightness dial is great and works extremely well. I saw some reviews mention that the dish isn't 100% level to the ground, which is true, but the slight dip is very small. I didn't have any problems with this though, and I can only see people having an issues with it if they put too much wax or essential oil in the dish to where it would overflow and drip out. If you put in a regular amount of scent, no matter what type you are using, you will not have any issues at all. Overflow seems like it would be a user error, not a fault of the product itself.

my boyfriend and I were totally bummed out when our generic but trusty ceramic oil burner fell to its demise while being transported from one room to the other. :( but the pain was momentary since I jumped on amazon and the first search hit was this awesome beauty which we totally had to get because we are both Tolkien fans and so our home is now complete. It melts the smelly wax pods while looking super cool while at it. All in all its a great piece.

After making him jump through many hoops because I dont have a paypal acct or ebay, Kenny created a special listing for just the dish on Amazon and I was able to purchase the replacement dish for a small fee. I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas because he loves lord of the rings and it's a beauty. Came much faster than I expected, the pewter is stunning and the light is very bright with an adjustable dial. It's a little bigger than I expected it to be but that's no problem. I would absolutely purchase this again for myself.

looked nice. didnt like that the power plug wasnt au. Also the light bulb blew the second time i used it and as yet i havent been able to find a replacement
