The Bissell Commercial-BGST1566 Steam Mop Power Steamer is exactly what I needed and it cleans my tile floors perfectly. I moved into my new house in August of 2022. My move was a rush situation and I did not have time to have a professional company come out to clean the floors. The Bissell Commercial-BGST1566 Steam Mop Power Steamer is easy to use, light weight and cleaned my floors exceptionally well. I don't understand why people are complaining about it being plastic. It's not the type of machine one would use in an office.
