Fantastic Service! Fantastic Products!
I have purchased many of BearHoho items and NEVER had and issue. Everything worked as described. However, I had an issue with one of the 3 TANGRAM units I purchased. When the puzzle was completed correctly, the output connector was not working. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic. We did a little trouble shooting but that did not repair the issue. The seller immediately sent out a replacement unit. BearHoho did exactly what I would have done for my customers. Buy with confidence.
