The book I rented arrived in really bad condition, see attached pictures. With this nasty yellow, wet stuff. I can't place it anywhere without it making a mess. As it dries it's making the pages stick together and it's ripping the pages when trying to separate the pages to open the book. I'm going to have to make it work for now. But you will be receiving the book back, in the same and even worse condition upon return without any extra charge to me.

The book is used for the class I'm taking and it is easy to understand and have page numbers to go to for extra practice.

An excellent guide for anyone studying the English language. The introduction to each chapter give good insight on what to expect. As well, the pointers and the self study and practice tutorials are excellent tools in mastering command of English.
