(Pack of 3 Wild Caught Omega 3 2,900 Milligrams

I'm 67. I'm no doctor, but my doctor tells me my blood tests for triglycerides and the good cholesterol have improved since taking fish oil supplements. Also, my blood pressure seems to have stabilized at a somewhat lower, good level. What I like about these fish oil capsules is that they contain DPA, which supposedly enhances the effects of EPA & DHA. The price point here is very reasonable considering that it includes a good amount of DPA. I get no fishy taste and no fishy burps.There are many more "suspected" health benefits of fish oil. They include brain health, eye health, heart health, etc. Like I said, I'm no doctor. But, to be on the safe side, I take these for what they can do, and also for what they "might" do. Better safe than sorry?What don't I like so much? First of all, the capsules are quite large, larger than some others. So, I moisten them well with saliva before taking them with plenty of water and have no problem. Secondly, for some reason the manufacturer has chosen to add a scent to the capsules. I can't quite put my finger on the scent, but it's like a perfume of sorts, and I don't like it much. It gives the capsules a bit of a sweet taste when taking them. It's not terrible, but they could do without it, in my opinion.For the DPA and the reasonable pricing, I'm on board. However, capsule size + scent = 4 stars instead of 5.

Very good product ,no after taste no fishy burping ! I really like it!
