Versand, da war ich doch sehr skeptisch. Eigentlich kann das nichts sein. Völlig zu unrecht meine Skrupel. Vorab, ich bin weder Kochprofi, Hobbykoch oder ...... Ich koche mit meiner Frau zusammen. Das Messer liegt gut in der Hand, ist gut ausbalanciert. Die Klinge ist sehr schmal, aber das gut. Das wichtigste, wie schneidet es? Ich halte es für das schläfste Messer, das ich habe. Alle bisher gekauften Messer habe ich nachgeschliffen. Dieses nicht. Einziges kleines Manko: einseitig ist der Bereich zwischen Klinge und Griffschale etwas unsauber/ rau. Es ist aber nicht so daß es stört. Fazit: ein tolles Messer, daß ich wieder kaufen würde. Als es das Messer dann für 5€ gab, habe ich noch zwei Messer gekauft. Hier gab es einen Kritikpunkt. Ein Messer war NICHT original verpackt. Das habe ich dann mit Amazon geklärt.
