A good choice. Helps me sleep not too strong or too weak. Strong taste but it does put me to sleep. If my usual aren't in then ill happily buy this. Last a good time and does help just too strong of taste

The product does as it is intended to do helping with sleep. It has no medicinal odor. This contains some alcohol in it which is stated clearly in the label and I'm not particularly fond of the taste. There is a mild aftertaste right after taking it which goes away quickly. Easy to swallow. There's no lingering grogginess when waking so am able to normally function.

It works! I reach for it when I can’t sleep and want to, what else can I say? I haven’t take. It before I have to be up for something so I can’t speak for that. It makes me a little groggy when I first wake up, but then normal. Best of all, it does what I want; put my azz to sleep when I’m awake late for no reason! I just take a small swig and next thing I know it’s morning.
