Best if refrigerated." I keep my bottle in the door shelf of my refrigerator. So far I've ordered the product in cool months. It arrived wrapped in a couple layers of bubble wrap which I think helps insulate it (not sure about that - just my guess). Mar. 2017. **Q: Can I get a list of the other ingredients in this product besides probiotic** A: Other ingredients: Vegetable capsule (vegetable fiber and water), cellulose - that's it on my bottle! Hope this helps. **Q: does this contain lactose or casein** A: Aside from the probiotic culters the only other ingredients listed are vegtable capsules and cellulose. This brand is free of GMO, corn, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts and artifical flavors. These ingredients are listen on the back of the box.
