Kokatat Men's Hydrus Swift Entry Drysuit w/Zipper

I was a little hesitant to order such a big ticket and important item off Amazon but it is a legit Kokatat for sure! I couldn’t find this version with the front zip anywhere because COVID and needed the zip flap, but didn’t want to spend $1200. I received this a few weeks before my 25 day private trip down the Colorado in November. I am 6’1” and 175-180lbs so I got the medium which was perfect. Kept me dry throughout my whole canyon trip and have yet to blow a gasket. Would highly recommend if you are in a pinch like I was.

Great product, however I purchased it to fish Lake Michigan and had I known how thin the material was I would’ve spent more on a thicker suit to Provide more durability. I can’t speak to how it is if you fall in as I’ve never gone swimming yet with it on but it does keep you quite warm I’ve gone out in 30° weather with just one base layer plus one layer and was fine while paddling. Zipper is a plus always

Fits great, neck is tight so had to trip down!

This is a great drysuit for the price. I had to spend a week stretching out the neck with increasingly larger pots, but in the end it works and I didn't have to trim it. $700 is still a lot of money, but much less than a goretex suit by Kokatat.

I launched a jet ski in Lake Michigan during the first week in May. With neoprene boots, the suit worked as advertised. I was quite comfortable and stayed dry.
