It's always great reading books written by business leaders. Charles Koch is one of the richest people in the world and this book gives you details about the MBM principles which has made Koch industries a $100B company. If you have read the authors earlier book called the science of success then you can skip this book as it covers most topics already covered in that book, if not then you should definitely read this one!!

This is how you do it!Although I disagree on a few things with Charles,it is an excellent primer on business,and how reciprocal altruism is the road to success.
