I saw a tip that Buffs were good to wear over curly hair while you sleep to help preserve the curls and keep them from flattening or getting frizzy. I started trying it and it definitely works! After a night of sleep with my hair in the Buff, I can shake out my curls and they look just as good as on wash day! I pull it down around my neck, flip my head upside down and pull the buff to cover my hair (and it's plenty long to cover all of it!). Sometimes I would wake up and find it had slipped off my head during the night, so I remedied this by wearing a simple elastic headband to hold it in place. Great hack for curly girls!

I’m not sure whether this particular listing comes in different colors, but I purchased the all-black version. It’s my favorite buff by far. Lightweight, unobtrusive, is fine for good stretches of time between washes. And regarding the wash, it’s held up through many cycles through our machines.
