Cali Raised LEDLow Profile Ditch Light Mounting Brackets for 2015-2022 Chevy Colorado/Canyon

Right side went on no problem.Left side did not seem like it wanted to fit, once I took off both bolts for the left side (facing truck), then I was able to finally finagle it into place.Be careful unbolting, ideally have someone there helping you to hold the hood, while you are unbolting/bolting. By myself, I felt/heard the hood move slightly once I took both bolts, on both sides. I checked the hood to body gap, and it didn't seem like any gap was not uniform, but then again, I didn't check gap before unbolting. So can't really say what moved.

I like the low profile of these brackets, however the driver side rubs the hood. I adjusted as far back as I can go and it still rubs. Going to have to figure something out here. Passenger side puts my light at a slight angle. Install could have been easier if there was metal removed from the forward side (installed) from the brackets so that I could install one hole into the hood then swing the bracket to install the other. Instead I had to undo both nuts for the hood and while holding the hood position the bracket and tighten nuts. Other brackets made for Colorado's do not have this problem. Over all I'm disappointed in the fit and install but I like the low profile compared to other brackets. I feel like some minor changes to the design and these would be perfect.Lights: Rough Country Black Series w/DRL

The brackets themselves feel great and sturdy. Just didnt like that the packaging looked like it had been tossed around and due to that theres scuff marks and no longer have a clean finish. Now i have to coat them again to avoid rusting and these are not cheap.

Super easy to install. Packing and parts were well packed. there was a card with a scan code for install instructions that was super easy to follow. would recommend to anyone.

Product fits perfectly and easily on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. Arrived earlier than expected shipping date and easily assembled by myself in less than 20 mins.

Overall it wasn't bad to install them. I watched the video that they said to watch for installation and it was helpful. They are sturdy and seem well made.

The mounts are easy to install , just don’t take all for bolts at the same time, do one side, then the other so the hood doesn’t move
