I THINK IT'S VERY GOOD WATER AS FAR AS RESEARCH AND ACTUAL TESTING GOES I HAVE A WATER TESTER IT'S PRETTY ACCURATE ACCORDING TO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOTTLE BUT I RECENTLY FOUND OUT WE CAN BUY THE CHEAPEST PRICE SPRING WATER AMAZON FRESH OR WHOLE FOODS GALLON WATER PUT ABOUT A HALF SLICED LEMON IN THE BOTTLE AND LET IT SIT OVERNIGHT AND YOU'LL HAVE THE PERFECT ALKALINE LEVEL BETTER THAN ANY OF THE BEST BOTTLED WATER EVEN VOSS WHICH I LOVE ALSO QUITE PRICEY I STOPPED BUYING CUZ I'M NEVER SURE IS IT GLASS OR PLASTIC MANY TIMES I'M SURE IT SAID GLASS YET I RECEIVED PLASTIC, AS AN ALTERNATIVE ESSENTIA& ONE OTHER SEEM TO BE "SMART" CHOICES THE LEMON IS A COST EFFECTIVE AYURVEDIC HOLISTIC APPROACH IT CAN BE USED IN TAP WATER AND STILL GIVE A PERFECT PH BALANCE ( IT CANNOT REMOVE CONTAMINANTS FROM THE TAP WATER)

This is the best alkaline water and live that can get from Amazon when hard for me to get to the store. Price does go up and down, and when down is fair.
