One very useful hint I had found was to attach the cover first to the pump with the two main screws, then to the frame of the boat. The only negative was the overall price of the unit! $500 for a piece that Volvo admits had an original design flaw. I guess it’s for a ‘boat’ so it’s supposed to be $$$!!!
