This only holds 64 oz, which is a 1/2 gallon. The photos make it seem like a gallon pitcher, which is the norm, but the listing is quite clear.That being said, I find it to be aesthetically pleasing and useful. It seems sturdy enough but still lightweight so don't like throw it at a wall. The lid sometimes is a pain to get off, like it's stuck, but I'd rather have that than one that doesn't stay on.Love the amber.

I bought this pitcher to hold distilled water for my aroma diffuser. I liked the fact that the amber color matched my essential oil bottles and also that it said it had a tight fitting lid to reduce air and leaks.Everything advertised is true and I was also pleasantly surprised at how heavy duty the pitcher felt. The material is thick and fairly weighty and feels like a quality product. Turning the lid from closed, strain, pour could be easier but I imagine that would come at the expense of losing the tight seal. That's the only negative I have found about this pitcher and that's pretty minor. Overall, it is everything I was looking for.

a little smaller but it hold 1/ 1/2 quarts so it will do.

I use this for my Iced Tea and it works pretty good. The only thing I'd like better if the lid didn't stick as you have to twist it to get the opening to pour and it sometimes can be difficult other that that its good.

I have dropped the jug twice now and it still in great condition, because it is so lightweight I can use my bad wrist to carry it.

pics do make it look bigger than it actually is in person but, i still like it overall.sturdy and should last awhile and be easy to clean.my issue with it and why 4 stars only, is that the handle should be wider than it is, it has too narrow of one for being a pitcher and it is not very comfortable to hold unto when it is full, especially since you need to put a finger on the lid cause it sometimes comes right off.
