After contacting the company about the excessive black smoke, they suggested I was accidentally sent smoking pellets. To their credit, they sent a replacement out within 24 hours. There is definitely a colour variance between the original order and the replacement lending credence to their assertion. Original review: More expensive and an inferior alternative to Ooni branded pellets.
