As the listing says, these don't fit the 2012 f150. I purchased them based on a review that said these fit the 2012 super crew, even though amazon said they did not. I am particular about the fit , that is the reason I say they don't fit. Technically, these do fit In the jambs. If you look down them lengthwise once installed, you can see they don't follow the edge of the weatherstrip in the door jamb. You can install the front set if you pay attention to the curvature of the jambs. There is a curved area at the front and rear of the front jamb, so you must make sure the protector is installed in the middle of the jamb where it is flat. I did add some additional strips of double sided tape to make sure it would stay on. There are two strips of tape on the part already so it would likely stay on if the area was properly cleaned prior to installation. The rear units are a little long for the rear jambs due to the curved areas at the front and rear, like the front jambs. I was able to use a heat gun to soften and mold the rear protectors to fit the curves. I have had them on for about a week now with no issues. I do suggest heating them from the inside to avoid making the outside shiny. The finish is matte so heating the outside will make it look glossy. I like that the diamond plate texture on the protectors. It matches the factory sill plates. Overall I am happy with the fact my jambs are protected from scratches. If you don't mind small gaps on the front and rear edges of the rear sills, or you don't mind making some modifications with a heat gun,then you would be happy with this product.

I bought these for a 2013 Ford F-150 SuperCrew as originally it didn't come with any front or back protectors and the paint was getting scuffed up. I wish I had known about these earlier but better late than never. As other reviewers have noted the amount of double sided tape that comes with them is kind of lacking so I opted to buy some 3M double sided tape to help and in some spots replace the existing tape. I did all four doors and the front match up really well but the back ones have a bit of a gap between the sill and the corner of the protector. Not a big deal but might bug some people. They have been installed for over a month and I haven't had any problems yet but will update if something comes up.

I purchased these to protect the floor door sills of my 2013 F-150.Am most have mentioned, the tape that comes with them leaves something to be desired. Not only that, but the tape protection film actually wouldn't peel for me. The strip kept chipping and breaking in small pieces, making it almost impossible to use the tape. I ended up adding an additional strip of tape next to it so it would properly stick to the frame. I would prefer them not adding their tape and just having a bare back and apply quality, third-party, tape to it.Since installing them, they have kept strong and I haven't had an issues. I really do enjoy the look and it matches the threshold protectors very well.

They look good, but theres a 2 sided adhesive you remove, cept I cant remove mine, but all it does is flake apart... Almost like the product i was sent is so old its adhesive became brittle.. Shame.

Did not like the tape because it was impossible to peal off white cover. Other than that, looks like OEM factory on my 2014 F-150.

The two short pieces work well. The long pieces do NOT fit my 05 F150 as advertised. I would have to cut them down to make it work. I will cut them, so no problem, but the other folks were correct about the tape to hold them down. Difficult to remove the white cover on the tape without leaving big chunks. The tape tears as you pull it off. Buy some double sided sticky tape and use over the tape on the pieces before you install. Still all in all, good looking pieces, definitely cheaper than Ford replacements! They look very good once placed, so you won't be disappointed with their looks, but installing leaves much to be desired.

I have a 2007 and a 2014 F150. Although these are labeled for the 2007, they worked on the 2014 too. I used a heat gun to make the plastic malleable. I used the heat gun and my gloved hand to finish forming the protector to fit the door opening. They look awesome and I have already noticed dirt scrapes when people are entering my truck, but there are no scratches or gouges. These are very strong. Well worth the money, and I am glad I bought two sets for both of my trucks. Thank you Auto Shade for another great product.

Put these on my 2013 Ford F150 SuperCrew and they almost match the factory sill plates perfectly.When ordering, it says "will not fit" but they do and look every bit as a factory piece would. A little cheap on how they attach with small strips of 3M tape but I have had these almost a year now and they have not budged or moved out of position. A good find if you are looking for some protection of the painted portion of the Ford sill plates that the factory does not supply.

Put on a 2007 Ford F-150 super crew full 4 doors they fit perfect look nice.

Purchased this door sill kit for a 2014 Ford 150 Supercrew. Both front and rear fit very nicely and req'd no modification. They also match the original trim in the truck very well. Price is a little high but it does what you want it to do very well. Easy to install and takes little time. Most time spent is cleaning the door sills.

Have a F-150 2014 super crew.Front sills fit very well, Rear sill as mention was good but I used a heat gun to adjust radius on corners for a better fit. If using a heat gun ,heat the back of plastic so as not to discolour the nice black mat finish on the front(heat makes it shinny). Also added some double sided tap for extra adhesion. Very happy with final result as it matches perfectly in colouration and Dimond pattern.Ford real should have these as standard equipment.Recommend!
