TL;DR: Good flosser for money. Powerful, but there are some little things
This is my second water flosser. My first one was Waterpik WP-100. That one is a stationary flosser, while I wanted to get something to carry with me as I travel a lot.My teeth grow very close together, so it's quite difficult and sometimes painful for me to use a traditional dental floss, therefore I use a water flosser twice a day together with traditional brushing to replace it.First impressions from the product are pretty good. It's fairly intuitive to remove the water reservoir or to fill it with water. The charging LED is blue coloured, which, in my opinion is a great colour combination. The height of the unit is just over 30cm together with the nozzle on it. There is plenty of spares in the box, by the way, with black and white rims to make sure you tell them apart in case there's more than one family member using the flosser. Nice little thing is that it's rechargeable, which is super handy!Couple of things that immediately stood out. First is the rubber charging port cover. It's tiny! It is also fully detachable, therefore be extra careful with it, it's too easy to lose it but without it the appliance would be dangerous to use, as water can get into the open charging port and fry the circuits. Second thing is the charging port itself. I was expecting it to be something standard, such as a micro USB, but it is not, instead it's some kind of a USB to two-pin female adapter. The website or the instruction manual does not say anything about what kind of adapter cable it is, so again, try not to break/lose it! I also couldn't find any replacement cables that could be ordered from their website, only the cables for their toothbrushes. The appliance blinks when it's charging, or, according to the manual also when it needs to be charged. The indicator turns off when it's fully charged. Out of the box, in a fast charge port took about an hour to get it to fully charged state. My first use of it was fairly confusing. So, what you do is you set the mode first, by pressing the mode button, I have decided to start with the "Soft" mode. Then you insert the flossing tip into your mouth and press the "On/Off" button. For me, no water came out, so I took everything apart - water tank, water nozzle, blew into the tubes, assembled it and then it worked. The noise level is subjectively a tad quieter than my Waterpik one, anyone who has used a water flosser before will definitely recognise the distinctive buzz. The unit is not too heavy, even when the tank is full, although it's quite large. I personally had no problem with that but if it's something that matters to you - please be wary. As I have mentioned before I used it on Soft mode, but even that was a bit too hard for me. Comparing to my Waterpik I would say a "Soft" would equal a 7 or 8 out of 10 possible options. Haven't tried the normal mode yet, I will do so when my gums will get used to the soft mode, because with water flossing you gradually increase the power. Start with the middle setting and stick with it for a week. If everything's fine after a week of regular water flossing - crank it up a bit. And so on, until you reach max setting. In this case there are only two settings so it doesn't really apply.I don't really use the timer because I just go over my teeth from all sides a couple of times and for that one tank is enough for me, but in other reviews I saw that people didn't think one tank was enough, so this is all subjective.Only used the unit once, so can't judge the battery life. Time will show, I guess.Pros: Powerful, easy to use, looks stylish, good price for what you getCons: Even though it's supposed to be portable it's quite bulky, the rubber cap is easy to lose, charger is custom, needs more pressure options to gradually get used to it.

At last.. A good reason to floss and enjoy it!
I bought the fairywill water flosser because using normal floss just didn't work for me... The gaps between my teeth are just to tight and normal floss either broke or I'd pull down so hard I'd cut my gum.... Not pleasent and pretty painful!!On receiving the flosser I was a little taken a back by the size of the thing as its certainly not small! However, in use its size isn't an issue and makes for easy use..In the box you will find a the main unit, several flossing tips and the charger cable... Out of the box, the unit took about an hour to fully charge and boy does it hold the charge... I'm now only on my second charge after a couple of months of using morning and night.... Very impressive performance. To use.... Just charge the unit, fit the flossing tip, fill the water Reservoir and away you go.On first using the flosser I would recommend the gentle setting until you get used to it... After that the clean setting will shift anything that get stuck in your teeth (it's a very powerful jet of water). You will find your own way to use the flosser, but on first use you may find more water ends up on the walls and floor than in your mouth... But it's easy to get used to and you'll soon learn to avoid a dribbling extravaganza!A small tip.... If you have sensitive teeth, put tepid water in the water reservoir to avoid any tooth sensitivity pain you may have...In the warmer months I refill the water reservoir directly after use with cold water (morning and evening) and find the water temperature the next time I use it perfect with no sensitivity pain at all.It really is supprising the amount to muck this flosser removes and you will notice a massive difference in the gaps between your teeth.... And seeing this alone will make you use it twice a day and not feel a chore. One thing to note.. The on button is situated in an odd position (well for me any way) and I've ended up accidentally spraying the bathroom on many an occasion... But, it's just water and not an issue. As for price... The pound Vs performance you get its superb and I would say its excellent value for money. Plus the extra flossing tips provided allow other members of you family to enjoy the benifits of water flossing.Overall, I can hand on heart recommend the Fairywill flosser 100% and if like me you are someone whose struggled with normal floss or not bothered flossing at all, I suggest you try this (not so little) marvel and make your smile a little bit brighter and perhaps your breath a little fresher... Highly recommended.

Amazing product, don’t hesitate to buy. Five-star customer service and product
What a brilliant product!! Wow, wow, wow! Accompanied but what I can only describe as a family business style customer service. We now own a toothbrush and flossing kit made by Fairywill. We always usually go for the big brands, the usual known oral care companies but I bought the toothbrush which led me to the Flosser. Both products have blown me away. I’ll have to be honest, my flossing became more and more slack over time because it’s simply such a pain to do. I find it quite difficult to get to some of the teeth at the back and I’m never sure I’m actually doing anything. The Flosser uses high powered water to shoot between the teeth and floss automatically, effortlessly. Within a few seconds, you’ve done your entire mouth really well, without missing any bits.I refill the water canister every other use and my mouth feel so clean, and my teeth are looking seriously shiny, the best they’ve looked for a long time. They’re looking whiter and my stains are reducing daily. Can’t recommend this product enough. If you want whiter teeth, you need to attack them from all angles and that doesn’t just mean using a decent toothpaste..I can’t recommend this product enough. If you want whiter teeth, you need to attack them from all angles and that doesn’t just mean using a decent toothpaste. You need to invest in a Flosser and a toothbrush and I can’t recommend the sonic Fairywill range enough.I’d give the six stars if I could, amazing product.
