By[Deepak Chopra] Metahuman Paperback

If you want to read the modern Darwin, read this book. Thank you Dr Chopra for finally telling us what it's all about. And for using science, the modern day religion. This is like reading the cumulative expression of the author's lived experience, but put in terms less memoir-like, and more scientific. There is a vital point here, echoing Meher Baba's "Listen, Humanity!" as well as many other Hindu sages.Put down the novel you're reading for a while, and read this book. Think about what you are really made of, who and how you really want to be, and follow Dr. Chopra's experiments for a few weeks. You'll be amazed what can happen!

Absolutely incredible. There are hardly any words to describe it that would do it justice, as they are just by-products of our personal scope and experience. But I will say that Deepak remains publishing some of the most genuinely impactful and enlightening content you can subject your mind to (both consciously and subconsciously)! Well done. Time to level up, y’all.

Excellent book. Very eye opening and in ways you wouldn't expect

I love this book very much

I have taken a long time to write this review. I have now read Metahuman three times and listened to Deepak read it twice on Audible, and I will certainly do both many more times. It is packed with meaning and I am always finding more insight and connections. I have read many of Deepak's books, the most notable for me before now his 1992 audio presentation of Magical Mind Magical Body. Metahuman is Deepak breaking completely free of any holdbacks, the book he has always been heading to and wanting to write. For me it is both Beyond and beautifully grounded in the latest of physical and quantum science. He is not only trained as a physician but has kept up with the latest findings and writings in hard science, and has even written several books together with highly reputed scientists (e.g. Leonard Mlodinow). His writing is clear and he is wonderfully capable at anticipating his readers' questions and doubts. His audio presentations, whether in live seminars or in reading his own writings, simply capture my full listening attention, and I now make sure to listen when I have absolutely no distractions.Having said the above, I won't try to highlight, summarize, or precis this book. I could not do it any justice and I would be unfair to Deepak and to anyone reading this review. As he points out, the Consciousness in each of us and in the wholeness of which we are each a part is simply beyond finite description.I have now given copies of Metahuman both in Kindle and Audible form to my two sons, one a clinical pharmacist at MD Anderson in Houston and the other a Staff Rehab Psychologist at Seattle Children's Hospital, both in their early thirties, not knowing when they will find the interest or time to read or listen, but knowing that this is simply a gift I need to give them.

Get a load of this intergalactic book. Deepak does it again... Transformation, Transcendence, Transdisciplinary... Deepak is burning all the boats... Meta-odyssey... Meta-human...

This author is wonderful and explains ideas, theories in easy to understand wording.
